3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
3999 com currently accepts the following mobile banking services for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transaction requests below these amounts cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if there are any discrepancies in the account.
3.4 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption. 3999 com will never ask for your password or OTP — if anyone requests such information, report it to our support team immediately.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
3999 com offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Using the example above, the wagering requirement for a ৳2,000 bonus would be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. No funds from the bonus can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- A bonus is not a free grant — it can only be used after specific conditions are met.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- 3999 com reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
5 VIP Program and Cashback
3999 com's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Progression through VIP tiers depends on a user's regular activity and participation on the platform.
Cashback is credited directly to the account balance and can be withdrawn subject to applicable conditions. 3999 com reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.
6 Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds held in the account:
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing bets artificially with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
- Attempting to hack another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Taking unfair advantage of technical errors on the platform.
7 Intellectual Property and Content
All content on the 3999 com platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of this platform. Copying, distributing, or republishing this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is not permitted.
Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) is subject to their respective intellectual property policies. 3999 com does not claim any official partnership with these providers.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Account Closure and Termination

11.2 Closure at Platform's Initiative
In cases of prohibited activities (see Section 6), providing false information, or serious breach of the Terms, 3999 com reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. In such cases, there is no obligation to return forfeited bonuses or accumulated amounts.
12 Limitation of Liability
3999 com is not liable for losses caused by temporary technical disruptions, loss of internet connection, or service issues from third parties. The RTP values of games mentioned on the platform are the maximum theoretical values — these values are not guaranteed in any specific session.

13 Changes and Enforceability
These Terms may be changed at any time. For significant changes, users may be notified via their registered mobile number or email. However, it is primarily the user's responsibility to keep up with updates.
These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any clause is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining Terms will continue to be in effect.
